Kent was a very welcome exception to this rule, and not only showed up but did a fantastic job over the course of a week tearing down an old solarium we had that leaked like a sieve, hauling away all the debris, and then building us a brand new sunroom on our backyard deck, This came with a beautiful Anderson storm door and 3 big windows. It was so structurally sound that I remarked to him that if a tornado was to come through Coos Bay, it would probably take the house and leave the sunroom standing. A few days after completion it started raining and didn't let up for about 3 weeks. Not the slightest moisture anywhere in the sunroom. "Oliver's Construction & Remodeling did an absolutely fantastic job on my home and fence. First they gave me a beautiful fence that, I'm sure be there long after I'm gone! They put wheels on the two large doors so that it will be so much easier to open. And I didn't even ask for that. Oliver is always doing things that make things so much nicer and more beautiful. Like five rows of paneling on the side of the house that were damaged, like two boards that were rotten, and like the area between panels that were getting water in and under them.
