"Joe was our contact and did all the work. He was excellent. They promptly provided a Bid at a very fair price, followed through with quick service. Joe is very knowledgeable and helpful in getting you what you want and then doing an outstanding job. He even helped me put a sliding in and out while I was replacing its rollers. We highly recommend Deschutes Deck Care."

"Demren helped with an electrical/smoke alarm problem we had going throughout the house, and also installed a light fixture for us. We appreciated their knowledge and helpful insights around what was required to bring a permanent solution to our ongoing problems with our smoke alarms. They sourced all materials and replaced all wiring and smoke alarms with new units. We have very high ceilings and they came prepared for those. They also addressed areas I had missed in my original request and ran back out for the required materials/unit. They worked quickly and efficiently. And they were very conscientious about keeping the work areas clean. They let me know as soon as they had an opening and maintain great communication. They also had great ideas for ways to address projects I proposed. Great experience! I would definitely recommend!"

"We took 7 bids from Sisters/Redmond/Bend area paint contractors. We chose Optimum Painting for three reasons: First, Angie's List rates them highly, over a number of years. Second, John Chabot (president and bidder) is low-key, reponsive and informative. John suggested a longer-lasting paint, for a modest extra cost). Third, Optimum's bid was very competitive. Bo did a great job of prepping, painting and cleaning up. Throughout, customer service was utmost. We're relieved to have the house repainted in a timely manner, before winter sets in. Yes, we recommend John's team at Optimum Painting, without hesitation."

COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

We are thankful for the referral to Jim Fisher of Billionfold Paint Co.  We originally hired him to paint the interior of our recently acquired Sunriver condo which was built in 1971. He helped us with so much more than paint. He was like having 5 contractors in one.  If he could not do something, he found us someone who could.  We used him, or one of his associates, to paint the entire interior of our condo ( including stripping an extensive stubborn wallpaper border), installing all new flooring (tile), new granite tile countertops in kitchen and bathroom, refinished older louvre closet doors, constructing an original wood frame for a mirror in the entry that matched the trim on the front door, installed new bathroom exhaust fans, installed a new dining chandelier, shoveled snow from our roof, etc, etc.  We appreciated his design opinion.  He had excellent follow up. He was meticulous.  After any of his associates worked in our condo he inspected every detail. If he felt that one of his associates missed even a minor detail, he insisted on making it perfect. Besides the fact that his work was excellent and reasonably priced, he was trustworthy, reliable, extremely punctual, and after working in our condo, he left it cleaner than when he started!  His associates were clean and polite.  He responded quickly to emails and phone calls. You truly to not find contractors with this much integrity anymore. Jim Fisher is one in a "billion".

"Excellent customer service! I called because my roof was leaking. They came out the same day and Ben gave us an estimate for the roof. They prioritized our roof, ordered the materials and replaced my roof in less then two weeks. The crew was very hard working and extremely fast. They worked from early in the morning to when it got dark,. They left my yard very clean. I highly recommend this company!!"

"Ian Douglass's work surpassed our expectations. Not only was he very professional, diligent and meticulous from the onset to delivery, but he also provided impressive creative input into the design of our finished deck. Ian delivered his work on time and was always available for any questions throughout the process. We are very happy with our finished deck and highly recommend him both as a professional, as well as the superior quality of his custom design carpentry."
