"I bought a used 5th wheel RV and needed the carpets cleaned and a large stain removed. I had called a professional carpet cleaning company that was going to come out and clean with a professional steam cleaning unit for $165 including a $30 trip charge as they are about 50 miles from me. I saw an advertisement of Peggy's for carpet cleaning and since she is local I thought it would save me a little money and I prefer to use local services. When she arrived and saw the stains her demeanor was one of confidence, and even though she didn't bring professional equipment I decided to give her a chance. She sprayed the carpets with a canned carpet cleaner called "Spot Shot" and asked me for some hot water to put into her store-bought machine. She wasn't able to get out the big stain that I was mostly concerned about. It is lightened but not gone. The carpets do look much cleaner but not as clean as a steam cleaner would get the. I can see some deep dirt in the bedroom carpet below the carpet strands. If you have stains or need a deep cleaning I recommend calling a professional with a steam cleaning unit. Also, without professional equipment it took her longer and she charged me $215 - $50 more than the pro. $80 more if you don't count the trip charge of the pro."
