Elf Carpet and Upholstery did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They were very thorough and took time to do a really good job. I appreciated that they vacuumed each room first which, they explained, makes it easier for the steam to get down into the fibers and get the dirt out. I took contrast pictures because the difference was so amazing, it was like night and day. I know our carpets used to be white, but the last few years they have been looking very dark grey. Other providers haven't been able to get the carpets to look like they were cleaned at all. Elf was able to bring the carpets back to life. I can no longer see any traffic marks where the furniture was. I'm so happy. We thought we needed to replace the carpets but now, I think we'll wait a while!

Excellent job! I didn't think long-standing rust stains would ever come out of the carpet, but they did. Elf did a great job. The carpets look so good that we won't be buying new carpet any time soon! Plus, one of the rooms had a thick wool carpet as old as the house. The carpet looks great.
