I was looking to get my carpets cleaned and specifically wanted a few stains removed. I got wonderful service from the office and the woman I spoke to was going to advise the techs to pretreat the stains.  She was not only friendly but able to schedule the service quickly.

On the day of the scheduled cleaning, the techs arrived as scheduled. It was helpful that I am bilingual or we could have had a language barrier. I asked if the techs knew about the stains and they did not. I showed them the stains and it appeared there was no further pretreatment than the general spraying that happened. They cleaned all 6 rooms plus hallways in 90 minutes. After they loaded things I asked about drying time and the stains. The young man said, "Oh I don't know, I don't think they came out". Really? That was it. I checked the area and the downstairs looked completely unchanged, even traffic areas didn't appear much better. Upstairs looked fine. I did have to clean up puddles of water on my wood and tile floor that abutted the carpet but no damage was done.

Given the number of players in the carpet cleaning space, I would probably try someone else in the future. I was very disappointed in the downstairs carpet.

They arrived on time and got to work. It took them one to one and a half hours to clean the carpeting in the whole house (around 2,000 square feet) -- this is a rental house that was empty. It took 1-2 days to completely dry the carpeting. The stairs, which were very dirty, look much better, and the dining room carpeting looks much better too (they were able to get out some candle wax stains there).  They got out orange stains in the living room and at the bottom of the stairs. Other old stains in the traffic area near the kitchen, the living room, family room and 4 bedrooms they did not get out. The cost was $179 minus a 10% senior citizen discount = $161.10. I would use them again.

I asked the cleaners if they would move furniture when they cleaned, and they said they were not told they would have to do that, so I moved coffee tables and a recliner myself. (I am a 64 year old woman!) I had already removed dining room chairs, stools, a clothes hamper, throw rugs, magazines and other knick-knacks off of tables so they could easily do their job. As a result, they cleaned around couches, beds, dressers and other furniture.  They even  cleaned under my dining room table rather than move it to the side to do a good job.  No styrofoam blocks were placed under furniture to protect the carpet from bleeding from the furniture either.  The deal with Angie's list stated that they would put down fiber protection at no cost, but I did not see that done unless it was included in the cleaning process.  Most carpet cleaners put that down after the carpets are cleaned.  They did not rake the carpet after cleaning as most carpet cleaners do either.  I was told the carpet would be dry in 3-4 hours, which I knew from experience was never going to happen.  It is more than 24 hours later, and it is finally dry, at least on the surface.  In defense of the cleaners, the carpet appears to be clean today.  It is my hope that I can say that a week from now too, as some stains tend to reappear in time.  It cost me $99 to clean 4 little rooms in a ranch house.  I do not feel this was any big bargain that I could not have arranged with other providers. This is the second time I've used people recommended on Angie's list and been disappointed.  I will be cancelling my membership today.

I had several stains on my family room carpet from a sick dog incident a couple of months before.  I had taken my own Bissell cleaner to them, and got a lot out, but thought my carpet would just be stained forever.  After finding this deal on Angie's List, I decided to go ahead and have the carpets cleaned professionally.  They got every single one of those stains out.  When I came home, my house smelled fabulously clean and then when I saw how clean the carpets were, I was elated.  Very highly recommend!  Thank you!

This is the second house I've used them on in the last 3 weeks. Scheduling was easy; they give you a two hour time frame for their arrival time and call when they are on their way. I showed them the areas I wanted done and pointed out some existing spots that needed treated. They quickly and carefully went to work -- finishing in less than an hour. The finished product was impressive. The whole house smelled good, the spots were gone and the carpet dryed quickly! This is one of the best values that I've found for my money in a long time.

The people who came to clean my carpets were in and out in about an hour.
I noticed stains and dirt returning as the carpet dried.

I called the company, and they promptly sent a full refund.

It went beautifully. They were courteous, kept to their price and they did a good job. The price was great; it was very impressive. I will absolutely use them again.

Theses two people a man and woman came in they were very polite went to work worked steady and got up some stains that I didn't think would come up. They couldn't get all of them up but it sure wasn't from lack  of trying. They did a great job and I would call them out again. And I would also recommend  Ultraclean to everyone or anyone that needed their carpets cleaned I even gave both a tip.

On time arrival.  The two men worked steadily and well.  Stains removed that I thought were permanent.  Everything looked almost new! 
Just two problems -- the lead cleaner said it would be dry in a couple of hours, but it took a couple of days.  Language issue?  And the weather was hot and very humid, which would increase drying time.  Second, he said nothing was needed to keep the legs of the big chair and ottoman off the damp carpet because the legs were wood.  Later, I checked and found the center of the bottom of each leg was metal, and a few small mild rust stains had developed.
Overall, I'm very pleased and would hire them again.  The stain repellant that was applied at no added cost has worked very well -- much easier to clean up cat hairball events.

It was a good experience. They were on time, the price was excellent, and the quality was decent.

If stain can removed they'll remove it. We've never had any problems with them.

Went great - very courtious, professional and quick.  Only issue was the stairs were streaky and needed another pass perhaps.  Didn't realize until after the carpet dried.

Set an appointment time and was here on time. Very professional service.

They arrived on time did a thorough job. It wasn't anything extraordinary, the price was reasonable. But if I had the time would've been able to achieve the same results. I guess I expect the carpets to be spot free and maybe I am a little bit naive in my expectations.

I didn't have any problems getting an appointment for the same week I called. They do give a complimentary reminder call within 24 hours of your service date. I received a voicemail saying they would be arriving about an hour earlier than originally scheduled, which because of my 24 hour shifts, I didn't receive until after I pulled up next to my house and noticed their van in my driveway lol. The men who came were very helpful and helped me move some items out of the way (had planned on doing it after arriving home from work, hence me scheduling them an hour after I normally get home from work). They did have a scotch-guard application not included in the inital estimate ($95) they recommended because of my dog, which I did buy. Once the rugs dried and I brought them inside, I noticed a couple strings had been pulled loose and there was a couple small pink areas where confetti had been that didnt' get vacuumed up, but the dye from the confetti had bled onto the rugs while they were cleaning (did not have this problem on the carpet). The carpet in the house did look much cleaner once they were done, but one of the rugs didn't look completely clean and they both were stiff when I brought them inside the house. I took about 3-4 hours for the house carpet to dry, and about 6 for the rugs that were sitting outside in the shade to dry. My dog wasn't scared to death of the cleaning equipment, but she did stay in a different room while they were cleaning. Overall, they were very courteous, and I am satisfied with the job they did on the house carpet, however I would not recommend them for rugs.

carpet was stained from pet rescue activities. Service was prompt and effective. Most spots lifted completely;remaing stains were much improved. A friend who recommended the service felt some stains were not adequetly treated in her home, called the company which did her carpet again without charge. I was satisfied with first results. Didin't take long. Be sure to state what is to be done to the curteous receptionist. Workers may not speak much English and when I asked to add a couple of carpet steps to the original estimate (which I would pay for)- the worker charged $10 or $15. I've used this service several times and in all other cases, I paid the very reasonable estimate based on rooms cleaned.

The price was highly reasonable. They're a very good and reliable company. They were in and out, they did a good job, and I was satisfied.
