There was other work already scheduled on the property and Felipe was understanding that the exterior painting had to wait. When it was time for the painting, Felipe scheduled the work without much delay. Felipe informed us at each step during the painting, ie, replacing siding. The workers were friendly and respectful. Considering the work to be done, it was completed in a timely manner even though there were a few rainy days."

"Hired them for a basic residential addition foundation job and they completely screwed up every step of the process. They don’t know how to read plans or pour straight out flat foundations. They don’t pay their subs which is coming back on us now. They won't respond to any communications. A lien has now been filed on the project because of their lack of payment. Shocked at their ineptitude. Very friendly people, but they should not be construction business owners."

Concrete lasts much longer than cement, as it can withstand heavy loads and harsh weather conditions. Concrete can last for over 100 years under most conditions. Cement cracks and crumbles when used independently, but it is an important ingredient of building materials such as concrete and mortar. You use cement and other ingredients to make concrete.
