"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

He was friendly, professional, and you can tell he enjoys his work and wants to do a great job. He even checked back a couple of days later to make sure I was still happy with his work and reaffirm that he stands behind it. You don't get that kind of service much anymore! We do cater to Senior Citizens and strive to take extra time and effort in working for seniors while taking limited income into consideration and offering whatever discounts we can. We currently have 8 full time employees and seem to be expanding while keeping busy in our local economy. Our business office is open from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. We do offer free estimates for projects big and small.
