The initial repair quotation contemplated having to excavate; however, they managed to find a way to do the repair by inserting a liner, which reduced the cost by $6,000. We much appreciate their honesty and efforts to repair our lateral at the lowest cost to us. Each member of the crew was professional, competent, and a pleasure to work with. The work required two unexpected additional visits which were performed cheerfully and at no added cost.
