"C&S Contracting did a phenomenal job for us! This was our first time using them. We found them on the internet then gave them a call to remodel our bathroom. Everything turned out beautifully. When we called to get pricing and talk about the job they were very friendly and accommodating. They made the process seamless! Their pricing was very reasonable. The workers were prompt, polite and professional. They were very courteous and they were respectful of our home. They also did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up after themselves! "We weren't that happy with the results. It was a few years ago, and the surface is still pretty much intact. He had to use a primer and deck paint, rather than stain, and the primer showed through in several places as bright white marks against the dark brown stain. He left the extra paint so we could refinish where we wanted. We don't want or expect any follow up at this time. I understand that the deck needed a lot more work than the worker expected. So, my experience may not be a fair representation of this particular contractor.

"Matt responded to my request quickly, and was able to come that same day. After inspecting my crawl space, he discovered I had a long-standing water leak that had run into the insulation under the house, and was degrading the foundation. He fixed the leak; removed and hauled away the soaked insulation; installed new insulation; reinforced the foundation where it had started to crunble; ran a French drain away from the foundation in case of future leaks; and treated mold on the floor joists. Matt is very good at what he does, reasonably priced and easy to work with. I would highly recomend him."

"I have been using them for 3 years for multiple projects and would not go to somebody else. They also built a cabin in the woods. It was built 10 miles from the road so it was like carrying all the stuff up the path. They also did the garage and remodeling of the house, mostly kitchen and a little bit of plumbing work in the bathroom. I am still using them and I would be using them for the next thing that will be coming up too."
