I work on most brands of pellet stoves and carry most parts needed for repairs in my work van.

In fact, they fixed a side panel (completely unrelated to the igniter) because someone else had not installed it correctly. Yes, algae-resistant shingles will prevent algae and moss growth, providing double protection for your roof and roof flashing.
