"Replaced driveway and sidewalk. During demolition, my lawn, irrigation system and curb were damaged. Octavio stated they would repair all damages but once he got his money, he never came back to repair the damage they caused. Tried contacting them several times and they stated they were too busy to repair the damage. Octavio stopped answering any calls. He was also supposed to obtain a permit for the sidewalk and approach replacement but I doubt this was ever completed since I tried to look up all permits on my property and a permit was never taken out for concrete work."
