When we take photos of properties for Realtors to use on the RMLS and for print advertising, we typically provide 25-35 photos at 72dpi and in high resolution. We use PhotoShop and other photo editing software where necessary to provide clear, crisp compelling photos of your property. For clients who are not selling their homes, but want a home make-over using their own furnishings, the procedure for the Pricing Proposal, Staging Agreement and billing is similar and a deposit is required before work begins.
