I called him and he spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me to try to diagnose the problem with the furnace. He discovered what the problem was and I was able to restart the furnace. He also determined a part had to be replaced. There are not many service companies that would have spent the time he did with me on the telephone to try to solve the problem."

The plumber they contracted completely screwed up our pipes when moving the hot water heater leaving us unable to get more than a trickle of hot water for 4 days. They installed the AC Unit, but then completely forgot to run power to it. We discovered this months later when it was 100 degrees out. We stuck with them and had them come out to perform yearly maintenance on our brand new furnace. Unsurprisingly, everything checked out because the furnace was literally brand new. 3 months later the furnace is broken and Marshall's wants me to go without heat for a week before looking into it. Avoid this company at all costs. They are an absolute disaster and will cause you more headaches in the long run."
