"During the entire several months while Lennox tried to figure out why there was a performance issue with the system, Ponderosa Heating remained positive in their comments and attitude, supporting where they could and persisting in pushing the manufacturer for a solution. Their communication with the homeowner was excellent, professional and understandable; feedback loops were exceptional. They were forthright in naming problems encountered during this heating "remodel", efficient in the time spent at the site, and very attentive to keeping the home and site clean of debris and dust, particularly when working with the duct system. They only rarely were not able to have someone present when scheduled. Despite cost overruns caused by the duct system and the manufacturer's problems with the equipment, they honored their estimated costs. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others for consideration; nor would I hesitate to use them again."
