They have replaced flooring for us and have done numerous home improvement projects. Our most recent project was the re-siding of our home. We had Fredrick James Construction remove our old vinyl siding, and re-side our home with Hardy Plank. We also had them replace 10 dated vinyl windows and replace them with 10 new, vinyl windows. The house looks amazing. Everyone on the crew is polite and very skilled. As with all remodel projects, some unexpected 'surprises' arose, but as usual, Fred and his crew knew exactly how to address the problem and everything turned out wonderfully. What I appreciate about Fredrick James Construction is that each of the workers are respectful, skilled and work hard to finish the project in a timely manner. "I had an old Canary yellow cast-iron tub, and replaced it for a beautiful new, safe, walk-in shower with some extra goodies. I felt the seamless one piece, water tight wall was a huge benefit and no caulking in the corners. The installer, Sang, was very enjoyable and did a fantastic job. What surprise me was, how much more money the other companies that offer acrylic were asking, it didn’t make sense. They are in their five stars."

We never knew there was so much that goes into a window and itâ s install and she gave us all her knowledge. I understand that they are high-quality work but just to remodel my bathtub was $24,000. I can remodel my whole entire bathroom for less than 15,000 and that is including bathtub toilet flooring and a new vanity, I understand it is high-quality but what is the likelihood that somebody is gonna live in their house for 40 to 50 years let alone every 10 to 15 years outdated I am so sorry but I am not paying five times the amount just because you are a namebrand"

"The two workers (Jerid and Donny?) were spectacular in their skills and professionalism. They really listened to me regarding what I wanted to have done and responded with most excellent results. Eli, who bid the job, was most impressive in understanding the best way to do a complicated job, and his interpersonal skills were the best I've ever seen. I would have given them five stars except one of the five jobs as bid did not get done. It was grading a path through a forested area from the house to a meadow. I understand that the steep hill that leads to my property precluded bringing both the grading machine and the back hoe machine on the same truck. So, given the time constraints they were under, the grading did not get done. With more time they could have brought the grading machine alone to the property and completed the job. I should also mention that due to an error on their GPS device they went to the wrong address and were more than an hour late."
