"We actually had Bellos Construction do considerably more than just a bathroom remodel. Additional work included installing flooring, installing insulation and drywall, demolition work, roofing repair, etc. Overall the experience was good. Jose is very responsive and helped me out quite a bit dealing with renovating and repairing an older house that was not properly taken care of by the previous owners/renters. The only real issue we had was confirming the materials that would be installed in the bathroom (i.e., fixtures, etc). There was some miscommunication there that probably was not helped by the fact we are out of state and trying to manage a construction project. One thing that stood out about Jose was his willingness to help out with things that didn't fall under his contractual obligations. For example, he helped me transport a water tank when he didn't need to do so. If we have a need for services that Bellos Construction offers, then we will definitely consider them in the future given our experiences with them."

"I could not be more happy with my experience with Twin City painting! They are professional from start to finish. They have so many years of experience in this area it shows in their work and end product! The communication was great from top to bottom. I had LOTS of questions and they were all answered in great detail. The employees are clearly engaged and honest. The salesman/estimator, Seth, was fantastic and then the project manager, Ian, was just a pleasure to work with. Very detail oriented and always goes the extra mile. The painters were efficient, friendly and did a fantastic job. They kept a very clean job site. I can't find an area of the house I'm not pleased with. They paint the house by hand and have an amazing 7 year warranty! Painting by hand is more expensive than painting with sprayers, but the qualify, customer service and long warranty make it more than worth it! "Very well. I first contacted this company to address a roof leak on my personal residence several years ago. Since then, I have hired them to do roof replacements on at least four rental properties and they have done other roof repairs, revisions, or cleanings on at least four others. I have experienced many problems in the past with other roofing contractors - as a rental property investor of 30 years in the Salem-Corvallis-Beaverton areas. This crew is honest and does superior work."

"We are completely satisfied with the company. They showed up on time, did a professional job, and left the place as clean as when they arrived. We live about 100 miles from their location. We got a bid from a local glass company at the same time, and their bid was almost exactly twice the bid from Discount Windows. After their original site visit to measure windows and to talk to us about what we wanted. Discount Windows sent us a quote electronically. I made a couple changes to what we wanted, and they sent a revised bid. All the paperwork was done online, except we gave them the credit card number over the phone. We paid 50% at signing and the remainder about a week after the work was completed. They did all the paperwork for the Oregon energy tax rebate and applied the rebate directly to our purchase price. All I had to do was email them a copy of our electric bill to document who our utility company was. The installers drove out to our site the first morning, worked all day, spent the night in a local hotel, then completed the job the second day. When they left, they took all our old windows and all the other trash with them"
