We have three plumbers on staff with an accumulative of approximetly 25 years experience. Our customers are billed at time of service so there is no waiting for a bill to come in the mail. The company phone number is answered by a plumber not a secretary behind a desk. So if you are looking for immediate answers, or have a question, don't hesitate to call.

"Called and asked for someone to come out and give us a FREE estimate on a project that needed to be done to our home. I confirmed with the person on the phone AND the plumber Chris that was there that there was no need to pay because it was a FREE ESTIMATE. We decided to do the project ourselves because it was going to be cheaper and a month or so later we get a bill saying that we owe x amount of dollars for services. I didn’t ask for them to perform a service on our house I asked for an estimate. Talking on the phone trying to get an explanation, they say that they only give free estimates to projects such as remodels or new constructions. Why wasn’t I notified of this when I called for them to come out for a free estimate on the project I needed done? Very misleading and disappointed that I even called and asked for them to come look at our house."

It can take anywhere from half an hour to a few hours to fix a main line clog, depending on the cause and severity of it. The job should not take more than a day to complete. These rodents are excellent swimmers and can travel through sewer pipes in search of food, and they may follow plumbing lines leading to your home if they’re drawn by the scent of scraps and waste. The toilet’s U-bend holds a small pocket of air, which can help a rat catch its breath before making its final push into your bathroom. While more common in cities with larger rat populations, this can happen anywhere with connected sewer systems; sealing entry points and keeping drains clean can help reduce the risk.

First, find the cleanout pipe in your yard. Unscrew the cap—you may need a wrench to do so. Then, get a drain snake. You can use a non-motorized one, but a motorized snake will make the job a little easier. Feed the snake through the pipe until it reaches the clog. Spin the snake continuously, but don’t try to feed it through the pipe anymore. Keep spinning until you feel it break the clog apart.

It might be possible to dissolve hair caught in a drain, but it’s usually not a good way to go about clearing the clog. Some sources mention that baking soda and vinegar can do the trick, but this won’t actually dissolve the hair.
