They were timely and accomdating.

Contractor was timely responding and fitting our work into their schedule. Workmanship was of moderate quality - large spaces and seams done well, small bathroom and inside corners were less than well done. They were expensive, but my job was on the smaller side (not entire house) and a renovation, so we didn t have another choice within our timeline.

The owner of this business is very professional, the men he sends out to do the work are NOT. They ignore requests, texts, and phone calls while parked right outside your home. I signed a contract to buy all of the materials and have them do the demo and out the new fixtures in. They taped the baseboards back on, did not even attach the drain stop to my vanity and still charged for full days of work while not arriving until 10am leaving me to assume they wanted to count the drive as part of their billable hours. I would never recommend this company unless you had Rick himself doing it all.

Professionalism was good. Willingness to get the work done was in order.

My wife is a day sleeper and works every other week. The crew was highly flexible, and worked around her schedule. The house is an 1893 Victorian, and presented a difficult task, but the crew was very much up to the challenge. The place looks great!

We are very happy with the job they did. They were prompt and did the job in good time, and kept everything clean. They matched the paint color perfectly. They are also doing some home repair jobs for us.
