You need to listen to customers of ALL AIR HVAC. It has been about 2 1/2 years since new installation and about 5 1/2 months since they set my system on fire. During the install, they hooked up a 120v recepticle under my house for the condensation pump. A week later my system shut fully down, so all air tech comes out, he didn't even bring a flashlight, so let hiim use mine, we went under the house, the recepticle they installed was black and melted. It was installed incorrectly was not even on a breaker as it should have been, the system condensation built up and that is what shut the system down. It could have caused a fire under my home. Do you think a licensed electrician installed that recepticle? Nope!! Then 2 years later I started to smell wire burning and then the system shut off, so I called All air and they had a tech come out.. He opened the main panel and you could see wires were burnt, there was a wire coming from the back that crossed other recepticles tha was tight against them and you could see where it was arcing.. So the tech cleaned the wires off and bypassed a few things and then we sat there for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for the system to turn on, it ddin't and he said he could figure out why, he forgot to turn the breakers back on inside the unit..?? So he turned them on and did a couple other things and then goes outside to do something to the heat pump, the system catches fire and starts burning sending smoke all through my home. As per my security camera's, I ran out yelling at him, he runs in and puts out the fire and says he will have to order some sequencers and parts.. I asked him about the wire crossing the terminals that caused this, something that happened at installation or from the factory. He suddenly tells me that wire had nothing to do with the problem.. Really?? that is one of the number one causes of why sequencers fail and burn, a wire crossing them that eventually wears the rubber down from vibrations and starts to arc.. So he comes back a week later and repairs the unit. I get a bill from All air for all the parts, all the damage.. I am like what??? Number one, this was installed incorrectly, number two, the tech set my furnace on fire. So I call them, their admin basically called me a liar and of course I got upset, Then Scott calls me and I tell him what happened with it all, well, they denied they did anything wrong.. I called lennox, they were helpful until I told them it started on fire, then they suddenly did not know who All air hvac was as a company.. I ended up settling with Scott for half, just to get rid of him and all air out of my life.. They disgust me.. They are liars and they took advantage of a customer for money!!! I paid them allmost 15K to put this system in my houses and i dont even trust it.. My heat pump still makes a slamming noise when it starts, they couldn't even fix it. Lots of problems. I am a 100% honest person, I have the photos of the wire crossing, I have video of their tech.. They are a very dishonest company and I wouid warn the community about them. They ripped me off!!! I was a facitlites director for a long time dealing with service professionals like this.. This company is not honest!!! They lied and stole from me!! Be warned, you are not their bottom line, Money is!!! That is not good for you as a customer if something goes wrong that is not your fault, how many people have they blamed for their mistakes and charged them. Who knows. This havac business ripped me off and now after spending 15K on a sytem, I cannot trust it and they are dishonest.. Dishonesty with a business is 100% wrong!!!
Description of Work: Spent 15K to have a fully system installed in my home. Had them fix a heat pump from first 3 months that knocks when starts which thjey did not ever fix. They came to repair a electrical short from installation abd during attemped repair the tech set my system on fire and I had to run and fiind him. They repaired system and were very dishonest with me.

We wanted a wood stove in the living room, because the previous owner had no working heat in this room. Here in the high country, the winters can be pretty cold. All Air recommended a Blaze King stove because it has a thermostat to control combustion and doesn't need to be tended constantly. They job required a non-combustible pad for the floor and they had to cut a hole in the roof and install the flue/chimney. Their crew did all the work in one day. They were polite and efficient, and they cleaned everything up when they were done. We love the stove. In the cold part of the year, we load it once in the morning and once in the evening. It heats the room well and uses less than half the wood of other stoves I have had. These guys are great.

30 September 2013 I had my previous heater guys over to clean and tune up the old furnace. It smelled not good. The service person used a digital sniffer to discover there were several gas leaks not found by the previous service person from this outfit, who used only the soapy water test. The leaks were in places soapy water does not go. The gas company came over right away to test for carbon monoxide (the alarm had not gone off). No CO2 but furnace kaput and red-tagged. No heat at my house. Here I have to mention: I'm youngish elderly, disabled, and extremely low income. Replacing a furnace which I'd thought had another ten years in it caused some concern. I hit the library for internet access and started searching for any sort of program, grant or loan which would help me replace the furnace. Through this I contacted Community Connection of NE Oregon. At first I was told the most help they could provide would be a grant of, at the very most, $2000. This wasn't going to be enough, but put me in the ball park for handling a loan for the rest. I was very grateful. They sent over Jason and Mike from All Air HVAC Systems, who did a careful determination of what was necessary. They took a look at my old, very picturesque thermostat, which could be turned up but not down: it had to be turned off, then set to the lower temperature. Jason explained to me what they could do through the Community Connection program. It sounded great, I signed papers and started shopping for a loan to cover whatever. Jason also mentioned Community Connection was at the end of their funding year, so the furnace would have to wait a bit, but they'd get all the paper work done. Apparently the funding came through the first of November, because the first Monday of November Dale and Austen arrived. They did an excellent job of deconstructing the old furnace and installing the new one, properly routing and installing fresh air and exhaust lines, bringing various bits of the old piping up to code, and installing the new thermostat. Everyone at every stage was courteous, professional, and happy. I am saying laughter happy. They were a joy to have in the house. They cleaned up, explained finer points of the new system, and took off. Building inspector has signed off, all good. The next day it snowed. Since then we've had a cold snap with temperatures as much as -13F at night. My little home is cozy. And to top it off: Community Connection's program covered the entire cost. I buy a lottery ticket every year on my birthday. If I ever win, Community Connection gets an endowment. They are lifesavers, and All Air HVAC Systems did a wonderful job.
Description of Work: Removed a red-tagged Goodman gas furnace, replaced it with a Trane XR95 and a focus Pro TH5000 Honeywell digital thermostat. Installed fresh air intake, corrected previous exhaust pipe placement, brought misc up to code.

We have NOT used the furnace since the flooding as it now contains mold. We cannot afford to have it fixed at this time. We are making due with the wood stove for heating our entire home. The wood stoves continue to smoke when ever the door is opened to load in additional wood for heat.
Description of Work: The above company installed ducting, venting, wood burning stove pipe, and forced air electric heat in a new addition / remodel of our home. We were pressured into a bigger electric furnace than we wanted. The wood stove pipe does not 'draft' well. This makes it very difficult to start a fire and causes smoke to boil out when trying to load additional wood when needed. The contractor refused to return to assist us with the electric furnace when our brand new basement was flooding due to the poor workmanship of Summit Construction OR, Inc. All Air HVAC was recommended by Summit Con., told us that if we moved the electric furnace that they installed OUT of the flooding basement - it would void the warranty on it. This all happened within 4 months of being installed. We were abandoned in our time of dire need, I would suspect that this is how Scott Kaber does business all the time.

They were really good. They were great. I had called probably ten people in the area when I moved in. They came in and did the job for half the price of the other quote that I got. They were wonderful. They were here all day, and they charged only $1000 for all the work. There was a plumber also at work and there some water and mud, but they cleaned up. They had to come up the stairs and work in the kitchen, they were very careful, and they were very polite. Their responsiveness was excellent, they had to come back and fix a little thing for me, and they came out right away on a week end. Their punctuality was also excellent, they were right in time. I can't say enough good things about them. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used All Air HVAC Service in August of last year. I had just moved into the house, and they did a lot of work. I had DAC appliances put in and they came out and put new lines to the range, the water heater and the gas dryer. They also serviced the furnace and the air conditioner.
