"This team was absolutely excellent. Very fast, beautiful workmanship, and no errors or problems. After 10 years of ownership, my fence had dry rot and was an eyesore. This team replaced the entire fence and built it to conform with association guidelines. Company owners were leading the team throughout, and very easy to work with. Exactly what I was looking for; 10s all around."

"We recently expanded a deck, added a patio cover, and are putting a hot tub underneath this second floor deck. There was a concrete patio below the existing deck and we wanted to match that, w/ reinforcement for a hot tub. We got a couple bids for the job. Danny was the estimator that came out for Forest and he seemed knowledgeable and was punctual and professional. It was not the cheapest bid, but the company is much more well established than a couple others we consulted so I put more trust in their work. Rigo is the guy we needed to work with on scheduling etc. for concrete work. This was a little rocky at first, but that had a lot to do with us needing to postpone the start till our deck was done, but then also work around a vacation we'd be taking, and make sure the concrete had enough time to cure before our hot tub is dropped. Despite a slight language barrier, we worked it out and even managed to get it done ahead of when we originally scheduled it. Punctuality is impressive with these guys. For 3 days they were waiting outside our house to start at 7:30am precisely. They had to remove a portion of fence and work around some foliage for access. They ended up encountering an unexpected drainage tube of some kind while digging and made sure to create an access point for us if it's ever needed in the future. The concrete looks great and matches our old patio so well, it's hard to tell they weren't poured together. Danny and I (and later Rigo) discussed treating the old concrete to help the matching. At the end of the work they did a great job of cleaning up the area and returning everything to normal. Rigo also helped us by showing us how to remove the fence portion for when our hot tub is delivered and left the top cap off because he said we'd really struggle to get it off if they put it back. I'm happy with the work, communication, and cleanup and trust if there are any problems I will be able to get them resolved. If we have further landscape needs in the future I will def be calling Forest for a bid."

"I put in a request for septic tank pumping and the first contact (from other company) was crazy high. A Affordable Septic gave a quote that was extremely reasonable and they surely live up to the name. Marty came out this morning; on time or even a bit early. He was extremely kind and helpful. IF YOU DO UTILIZE THEIR SERVICE(S), YOU NEED TO BE HOME WHILE THE SERVICES ARE BEING PERFORMED & YOU NEED TO BE READY & ABLE TO CHECK THE WORK THAT YOU PAID THEM TO PERFORM. YOUR BEST BET IS TO USE A DRONE TO TAKE PICTURES & VIDEO SO YOU DON?T HURT YOURSELDF WHILE INSPECTING THEIR WORK. The 1st time the workers came by to clean the gutters, they were @ our home for 30 minutes. The 2nd time they were there for 32 minutes. Each time the job wasn't completed per the contract. Let's see if they can complete the job on their 3rd visit. Pay the extra money & go with another company."
