"To begin, I had a VERY difficult time from most companies to even return my call regarding service in the first place. Ace called me back immediately. We have a very tall house on a hillside, and it takes an especially long ladder to get up. Most companies that have come to do our roof don't bring a tall enough ladder, even though they have come out and seen the roof when they bid it. Ace showed up with the right equipment. The other problem we usually have is that all the debris is cleaned off the roof, but only marginally cleaned up out of our landscape. There is always a lot because we live in amongst a lot of trees.
