"To begin, I had a VERY difficult time from most companies to even return my call regarding service in the first place. Ace called me back immediately. We have a very tall house on a hillside, and it takes an especially long ladder to get up. Most companies that have come to do our roof don't bring a tall enough ladder, even though they have come out and seen the roof when they bid it. Ace showed up with the right equipment. The other problem we usually have is that all the debris is cleaned off the roof, but only marginally cleaned up out of our landscape. There is always a lot because we live in amongst a lot of trees. Ace cleaned up everything great! I also know that pressure washing is not good for your roof, and it shortens the life of your roof. Neighbors have recommended some who clean with a pressure washer, and I did not want that. Ace brushed it off. We had a lot of moss We have had this done many times. Ace was the most economical, and they did the best job of any we have ever hired. It's nice to know who we can finally trust, and not have to search anymore."

"These guys are amazing. Fast, professional, and friendly. My gutters are very happy now that they have shed layers of moss and grime inside and outside. When I asked if they had some extra time to pressure wash a patio, they shot me a very reasonable number and did that to. I will definitely call these guys again."

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can use glass cleaner on outside windows, but only after you’ve rinsed away as much debris as possible. Using glass cleaner on top of a layer of dirt will only make it harder to clean.

Professional cleaning utilizes industrial-grade equipment and formulated cleansers that penetrate deeper into fabrics, removing stubborn dirt without risking damage that DIY approaches might, such as surface abrasion from improper tools.

Getting a streak-free shine after cleaning your windows requires both the right cleaning solutions—which can either include warm water and dish soap or warm water and rubbing alcohol—and the right tools—namely, a squeegee and a microfiber cloth. To make your streak-free glass cleaner, combine one gallon of warm water with a few drops of dish soap, and mix. Apply with a sprayer or sponge, and then dry with a squeegee, microfiber cloth, or old black-and-white newspaper pages.

The best homemade cleaning solution for windows is one gallon of warm, distilled or bottled water mixed with five to ten drops of liquid dish soap. This is what professional window cleaners typically use when they make their cleaning solutions. Using bottled or distilled water will help avoid hard water stains after cleaning, and the soap will cut through grease, smudges, and debris on your glass.

For a standard 1,000-square-foot home, you should expect your window cleaner to take between 1 and 3 hours to clean all of your windows. Of course, the size of your home and the number and size of the windows you have will play a role in the timeline. Certain styles of windows—like picture windows, which have no moving parts—also take less time to clean.
