Dakota, Chris, and Fausto were the main install team for my heat pump, blower, and furnace! These guys wired long days while I was not home, and let me tell you, they left the work space looking better than the way they left it! This is said to be true for the entire team! Ric Secor is one owner operator that know how to run a business where customer satisfaction is paramount to anything else! He was involved from start to finish ensuring his team was doing above average work. He was also on site multiple times to make sure all was going as planned. "John was the quickest to respond to my call and set up a time for an estimate (I called 4 different carpet cleaning companies), and he was the only one that we know of in Klamath Falls that does DRY carpet cleaning.  We had never tried the dry cleaning method before.  We were pleased with the results.  John was very good at explaining the process and giving us information on it.  He was very clear about what it was good at doing and when it would be better to do steam cleaning.  Very up-front and honest about it.  Carpets came out great.  John was on time, and was done within his estimated time frame.  The cost was comparable to steam cleaning, but there was no waiting to carpets to dry, and they looked just as good as when we've had them steam cleaned before.
