"David listens to the needs of his clients. Really listens. He provides lists of houses to preview that fit his clients needs. David is very good at communicating and negotiating with the other realtors involved in the transaction. I have experienced David as a buyer for my home and a seller for a family member's home. He did his homework and was able to obtain the best prices. His long experience as a realtor is evident in his awareness of structural issues a house may have.
