It’s no secret that Portland is an incredible place to call home and I have dedicated my business to helping my clients navigate the nuances of this challenging real estate market. As a long time resident of Portland, I love the one of a kind homes that fill it throughout the city but consistently work with clients all over the Portland Metro area. My success is rooted in a number of values that are important to my business. I understand that a house is more than a place to sleep, it’s where memories are made and with that in mind, I handle each transaction with the same dedication and care that I would devote to my own. I believe that my clients deserve a dedicated advocate who works tirelessly to keep them in the strongest negotiating position possible. I have discovered that building a relationship based on communication, trust, and mutual respect with my clients relieves much of the stress that is inherent to this emotional process. Transparency and knowledge insures that my clients always have their questions answered and are able to make educated decisions. I’m committed to anticipating the needs of those I work for and I’m supported by great contractors, home inspectors, and mortgage professionals who help make my transactions a success. We were thrilled with Krista's work. She gave us excellent advice without any pressure, and never promised anything she couldn't deliver. Krista was a lifesaver! We had to move on short notice and I was very stressed about getting the house ready to sell. We moved and Krista handled everything! She got the house ready to sell (arranging for cleaning, yard work, staging!) Even handled a pretty large sewer repair! We received multiple offers within days of the house going on the market!

Krista made the process of buying a house super painless! She was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had and patient as I was looking for the right home. We toured several houses before finding the right one. Krista was great and I highly recommend her! We live in a very "hot" real estate market where houses get sold in a couple of days with multiple offers. So it was very intimidating to be a buyer in this kind of market. Krista was very patient and responded right away to any message I sent her, even if it was a stupid question. I think we looked at 20 houses, maybe more. I never felt rushed with her. We were searching for a modest priced house, so I'm certain she had more affluent buyers, but we never felt like we weren't important because we weren't buying a super expensive house. I always felt like she had our "back" and best interests in mind and wasn't just waiting for her commission. I'd absolutely hire her again as an agent.

It went great. Lily was very helpful and responsive. We purchased our first home and are really happy with how everything came together. We met with Lily to see the houses and she was very flexible with our schedules. We saw Krista one time during the inspection process but her expertise was available if we needed it. They also made a few recommendations on service providers in the area which we really appreciated since we had a few projects to complete on the house.

Fantastic. Krista is friendly and responsive and was available at most hours via phone, email or text message. She was actively looking out for my interests, and noticed a substantial over-payment in the escrow at closing that she worked to get refunded for me. Even after closing, she coordinated with an electrical contractor to correct an oversight on the previous owner's part after I moved in. Her office even sent someone to meet the electrician when he had to reschedule and I had to work. Highly recommended.

Krista is awesome! She knows the market, reads clients well, is flexible, prompt, professional and friendly. When you're house hunting you spend a lot of time with your realtor, so its important that you find someone you like and respect. After interviewing two other realtors before Krista, I knew as soon as I met her she was the right realtor for us. She is smart and personable, came prepared with market research. She staged our small house beautifully, and she helped us not only price our house right, but her suggestions and staging secured us multiple offers over asking price. She worked with us right up until closing to make sure everything went smoothly, always looking out for our best interest. I honestly can't say enough good things about her. Within five days of listing the home was pending.
Throughout the process, Krista has been available to answer questions, basically immediately. And she 's not above pulling out the refrigerator when trying to solve a home mystery. She is upbeat, professional, and lays out the facts. In my opinion, the ideal real estate agent! (And I've experienced non-ideal ones in the past.)

Krista is a consummate professional and I would NEVER consider using anyone else for my real estate transactions!! She made a very difficult house purchase go as smoothly as possible and is the reason I'm sitting in my home today. She was extremely timely in her responses, contacted and negotiated with the seller for repairs and closing dates, smoothed out issues with the lender, and was just an all-around amazing advocate for me as the purchaser.
