"Nikk, the contractor, pressure washed the house, scraped the wood of peeling and bubbling paint. caulked and applied 2 coats of premium paint on house and trim. In prepping he carefully masked window, was careful of my plants, and he was also careful of the neighbors vehicle sitting in driveway by protecting it with a tarp. We had rain during the painting which caused brief stops until weather cleared. Nikk brought in a crew to complete the job in a timely manner. A detail oriented person. He also cleaned my gutters including flushing downspouts for a reasonable price."

"We engaged Rob to pressure wash the exterior of our large two story lap siding home and to clean gutters. Rob was able to get the job done just 3 days after our first contact with him. On the day of the job, Rob called to let me know that he was running late even though he was only 20 mins late which I thought was very considerate. Rob completed the job in just under 5 hours and the results were absolutely incredible!! House looked immaculate and Rob takes great care to not damage siding or windows. His price for the entire job was extremely affordable. His helper - James - also did us a great service while cleaning the gutters by pointing out areas on the roof and in the soffits that required attention. Pete and one helper removed two old decks, disposed of the material and installed two new decks using Timber Tech material.  The new deck total about 400 square feet and was built in two levels with a 5 1/2" step up between the two decks.

The whole project was completed within the time frame Pete predicted and WITHIN BUDGET.  The quality of his workmanship could not have been better.  He is a true craftsman.

"Dave came out and estimated the work within a couple days of calling. He was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions on what he felt was the best solution for my very worn, weathered decks. I appreciated the fact that Dave was on time and finished the work within a few days as promised. I was impressed at how much pride he takes in his work and that fact that he does not take any shortcuts. In fact, he included additional work that he felt was needed at no extra cost. I am very pleased with the work he did and and the amount paid for the work. The total cost included about $200-$250 for a specific brand of stain I requested, which was a little spendy (but very good quality). "Ken came out within a couple of days of my contacting him to look at our house. A few days after that we had a quote in hand. The initial price was just a little over what another contractor quoted us but Ken applied an Angie's List discount and the price was right on. We chose Ken's because his contract was thorough, he explained things well and he was quick and easy to work with.
Ken's team was supposed to start at 8am Monday morning and they were sitting out front at 7:45 waiting to start. The foreman walked the exterior of the property with us and we talked about trim and paint. He made suggestions and we made a final plan within a couple of minutes.
The whole team got right to work sanding, caulking, taping, etc.. Everyone in our family headed out to their various locales for the day and I got an email from Ken at 2:30 letting me know that his painters would be done the same day. When we got home about 5pm the house was done, everything was clean and the painters were gone. The small equipment trailer stayed parked at the curb over night but was gone by the time we were up in the morning. 
This being our first house painting experience, we were very pleased with the workmanship and ease of the job. We have had comments from all of our neighbors about how good our house looks and how professional the painters were when they were at our home.
