The Painter started each morning late and stayed until 10pm or longer using a bright light shining on the house which made it difficult to sleep until he left. One night he slept in our driveway so he could start early the next morning but didn’t start until after 9am. He kept the bright work light on all night while sleeping in the driveway. He used our dogs blue pool without permission to store items including paint. He must’ve took the pool with him because it’s no where to be found.
