"I contacted Purist on Friday to replace a tankless water heater that was beginning to leak. Over the weekend they lined up all of the necessary equipment and parts (even got a phone call on Sunday to give me an update) and were on site Monday morning. Cristian is very precise in everything he does and is absolutely fantastic about leaving the project site clean and neat. Price was good, with no unexpected surprises. Sewer gas in any location can cause eye and respiratory irritation if you’re exposed at low levels, or more severe symptoms if you’re exposed at high levels—but fortunately, the fresh air outside means it’s less likely to affect your physical health. However, sewer smells outside can still indicate significant plumbing problems that will need to be dealt with, such as a potentially damaged sewer line or roof vent pipe.
