This entailed mud and tape to the sheetrock to a “ready to paint” status and lay new engineered tile flooring over the subfloor. Prior to hiring Torin, he was shown the space and what was needed in order to provide an estimate. The estimate met my needs and budget. He was always a couple minutes early, was genuinely friendly and professional. Each day he started by insuring his work area protected non-workareas from spills or other damage. His work was top-notch, and since the work took several days he made sure he always left with his areas cleaner than before. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. We are already in discussion about finishing this new space into a shelved storage area for the bathroom."

"I was referred Western Paver Design by 2 other families in my neighborhood. I got multiple estimates for redoing my backyard and ultimately decided to go with WPD based on how great Joe was during the estimate. I told him what I wanted and he was able to answer all of my questions with great detail. He also provided his input on expertise on what would work best based on our yard. The price was extremely fair based on the final product, the work they did, supplies, and how easy and great the crew was. Darwin led the crew with Marteen and Modesto. I cannot rave enough about how professional and hardworking they were. They came each day and worked incredibly hard transforming our backyard. They were so friendly and a pleasure to work With. Our backyard had sod down that never really took because it was installed poorly and incorrectly by another company. WPD removed it all, raised the backyard to be completely level. They built a retaining wall around the yard, expanded our patio by installing a beautiful and fantastic paver patio (roughly 13x18) and then next to that they added an awesome turf area for our kids.
