I wish I could post pictures. This guys showed up on Monday morning to work on my out of control (lots of weed) backyard. They installed pavers artificial turf pergola by the end of the week. Now, by backyard is ready for the summer and looks great!

After an exhausting search for a kitchen remodel contractor who would follow through, we hired Joe and his team at Western Build & Design. Honestly, and after the runaround we had been given by several previous contractors, I was highly skeptical of Joe’s promises as they seemed all too good to be true. Thankfully, he has stayed in close contact with us and has stayed true to his word. His project managers, Chris and Deana, are both highly professional, skilled, honest, and efficient. The two have them have ensured that project runs smoothly and that we will end up with just the look we were hoping for. We will likely hire this company again to tackle another one of the updates in our house.

I was referred Western Paver Design by 2 other families in my neighborhood. I got multiple estimates for redoing my backyard and ultimately decided to go with WPD based on how great Joe was during the estimate. I told him what I wanted and he was able to answer all of my questions with great detail. He also provided his input on expertise on what would work best based on our yard. The price was extremely fair based on the final product, the work they did, supplies, and how easy and great the crew was. Darwin led the crew with Marteen and Modesto. I cannot rave enough about how professional and hardworking they were. They came each day and worked incredibly hard transforming our backyard. They were so friendly and a pleasure to work With. Our backyard had sod down that never really took because it was installed poorly and incorrectly by another company. WPD removed it all, raised the backyard to be completely level. They built a retaining wall around the yard, expanded our patio by installing a beautiful and fantastic paver patio (roughly 13x18) and then next to that they added an awesome turf area for our kids. We are incredibly happy with the result! They were so easy to work with, offered a fair and competitive price, and stand by their high quality of work!

Joe and the entire crew were very professional. They did a beautiful job with quality materials and they finished as they had promised. They treated my property with respect and cleaned up every day leaving no construction materials behind. They were awesome! I would highly recommend them. I am a Realtor by profession and see a lot of this type of work. Western Paver Design is one of the very best!

We hired Western Paver Design based off of a friend s experience as they had just remodeled their backyard. Their property looked amazing after the remodel and I was convinced to give Joe Fisher a call after learning how thorough WPD is with all their jobs. The great John Wooden once said, If you don t have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it again. This really sums up the meticulous approach to craftsmanship that the WPD crew has. For our project, we had our 30 year old deck torn down and the concrete pool deck below ripped up due to invasive tree roots lifting the concrete. Demolition was a breeze that basically took one day. After demo was over, the head of Joe s crew, Darwin, got down to work with crafting a solid, level foundation to lay down new pavers as well as the footings for the new deck. Darwin made light work of the pavers and two new retaining walls on our property. That work alone really transformed our back yard into a new space. Once the pavers were down, it was time for the 14 x 12 deck to go up. To complicate things, we asked for a roof over the deck that was attached to the home s roof and that it look like an original feature of the house. This was truly no problem for WPD as the new addition to our home went up without a hitch. All our neighbors can say as they come over is Wow! because the craftsmanship is amazing and really shows due to the beautiful cedar wrapped posts and tongue and groove ceiling. In addition to the deck, pavers and retaining walls, we also had WPD design and build a 7 foot privacy fence. With over 380 feet of fence line this was a daunting task, but no match for WPD. The fence looks spectacular and is solidly built. WPD also cleaned up the side of our house by adding new steps, which look fantastic. They also added a sliding barn door to our unsightly pool equipment area. Now the area looks professionally finished as well as being more functional. Last but not least, we added a slide right next to the new stairway. We had no idea how this would finish, but Darwin and his ingenuity led to a solution that we were more than happy with. Utilizing left over Trex composite decking from the deck build, they created a cute little platform to step up to the slide that our kids instantly began to enjoy. Our experience with Western Paver Design was ultimately a pleasure. Joe is personable and has a great crew. We loved the work and experience so much that we are having WPD back to redo our front yard in the Spring.

Joe and team at WPD are simply put the best contractors in the industry of home improvement and full on construction builds. I have had several properties with many projects from the scale of full home renovations to complete new builds and I just found the miracle team in WPD!!!! They have not only made our dreams come true but I have seen them execute work from other people s projects as well and they are all masterpieces. Joe treats clients with the utmost respect and always goes above and beyond to create perfection. I am a person with an unbelievable amount of scrutiny when it comes to my house and I never had to think twice with them. If you read this...don t think twice!!! They spent a good amount of time discussing our options and making sure that we got the product that would look best in our backyard. They also went the extra mile to make sure our project was done correctly, replacing plastic path liners with pressure treated wood ones and even cleaning and sealing a large step that was not part of the original bid.

He worked with us from beginning to end and was very detailed. We appreciate the overall project, and it turned out way better than we imagined. His follow through on small details, including the plants, was very accommodating. He went above and beyond.

Joe Fisher gave us a competitive estimate for our project. We also had some other landscaping companies come out for bids, but we went with Western Paver Design because they are contractors, not landscapers, and we got a good feeling that they could give us a beautiful backyard that we would love. They absolutely came through. Darwin and his crew worked for less than a week to transform our empty bark chip covered yard into a great place to hang out and play. They added a beautifully paved patio to our existing concrete patio, doubling the space. They installed a big swath of turf which looks very realistic and feels very soft. And in our side yard they created a beautiful dry river bed with varying-sized river rocks, built three planter boxes, and planted a gorgeous maple tree and some bushes. Joe and Darwin were in regular communication with us to make sure the project turned out as desired. The crew took a panel out of our fence to have easy access to our yard, and they put it back in and cleaned up everything when they were done. We couldn't be happier.

Joe Fisher gave us an accurate estimate which was a blessing and kept us under budget. His guys he had working; came in, worked everyday, and got everything done in a week. Very professional, easy to work with and cleaned up after themselves. The work was just great and we are very happy.

They went beyond our expectations. The design was beautiful. They checked in everyday, showed up on time everyday and cleaned up after themselves.

I was looking forward to having this company build my pergola and coat my patio with a weather sealant because of their glowing reviews. The initial process was great with my sales rep telling me how beautiful it would turn out, the 100% satisfactory guarantee, the quick turnaround time, etc. Things starting out shaky on the first day when the posts where installed in the incorrect place. We talked to our rep and he assured us that they would be moved to the correct spot and that the concrete footing would be completely removed. The next day, the installers worked a very long day to finish to pergola in one day. I honestly wish they would ha;ve taken two. I came home to a beautiful pergola however, a lot of plants were smashed, even ones that I specifically moved out of the way for construction! Also, the concrete footings from the incorrectly placed posts were not dug out, rather they just had loose dirt kicked over them. I have a small yard so this presented a problem as I intended to use that spot to plant vines to go up the pergola. The last portion of the project was to seal the patio and our rep assured us that the concrete would be dug out and the patio would be double coated with the sealant. He was also willing to provide us with a discount to replace all of the smashed plants. Cool! Sadly, when I returned home after the completion of the project (and final payment) the concrete was only dug out about an inch or so with more dirt kicked over it. Also, the patio sealant was streaky and had quite a few bare spots. I sent my rep a text and he has yet to reply. I guess once they get their final payment, the project is completed in their eyes. I had to go purchase the sealant myself and finish the coating. Luckily, the paint store was able to give me their contractor s discount. I get to look forward to spending my weekend removing the poured concrete from their mistake and replanting and mulching my beds! This was definitely a small project and I wonder if service from this company improves as the price climbs? Either way, details matter whether the project is $5,000 or $50,000.

They came out so promptly when i sent an email,. they did a great job, they stayed in contact with us the whole time about what we needed and all that kind of stuff. I was thrilled with them

They did pavers in walk and drive way, retaining wall, fence and landscaping they were very quick on time and Joe communicated and kept me update on what was being done. The Crew was friendly and professional. Overall I had a great experience.

Joe came in and corrected the deck and started from scratch. The other workers came on time and finished the project. Kept my property cleaned and removed additional material from previous contractors that left them. They where very professional. They did excellent job of workmanship building the deck. They did quality work. During the job kept me very informed. Very happy with there work.

We are so please with them. Joe and his crew did a fantastic job on our deck. Always on time and great expertise. Would highly recommend them. Kept our yard clean throughout the job and when completed.

From the very beginning when we were meeting with contractors and soliciting bids, WPD stood out from all the rest. Joe spent tons of time with us and had great attention to detail on what we wanted, their bid was significantly more affordable than all the competitors, they were excellent to work with throughout the installation of our concrete/stone patio, walkways, and pergola, and the finished product looks amazing and is very high quality. We worked with Darwin during the installation and he also was wonderful. Anytime there were questions, we talked it over with the team and came up with the best solution.
