"Rocket Construction replaced our shaker roof with a composite roof. We met with Matt and went through all of our choices and once we were ready to move forward they got us on the schedule. The crew that he sent to do the work was so friendly and hard working. We enjoyed chatting a bit with them each day. They worked diligently each day and got the job done quickly. They arrived promptly each morning and picked up each evening before heading out. Matt came by the day after everything was finished up to check the work himself and to see if we had any questions or concerns and to be sure we were satisfied. He is a genuinely nice guy who cares about his customer service. We would highly recommend them to others, and in fact already have!

"We are a retired senior couple in South Salem. We hired N W Painting Company to paint the exterior of our three bedroom, 1500 sq ft. home. The owner operator Martin E. Llamas Frasuto offered the estimate with lowest price. He and his assistant did a marvelous job. Their workmanship was impeccable. They were professional, courteous, attentive, and responsive to every request and concern. The project was finished in the time frame promised. "I have been using them for 3 years for multiple projects and would not go to somebody else. They also built a cabin in the woods. It was built 10 miles from the road so it was like carrying all the stuff up the path. They also did the garage and remodeling of the house, mostly kitchen and a little bit of plumbing work in the bathroom. I am still using them and I would be using them for the next thing that will be coming up too."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
