He was super professional and taught us how to maintain our own septic. There was a small issue that wasn't causing our clog that he fixed for no additional cost. I can't believe someone is out there who was able to come out same day and teach us how to avoid clogging our septic again....

They cleaned the carpeting before we replaced it with hardwood. Price was reasonable. They weren't able to get the stains out and they disappeared after they cleaned and when the carpet dried they reappeared so I wasn't too happy about that. Wouldn't use again.

They are really good. We have grandchildren and a big dog and they work miracles. They charged $150 for a whole bunch of rooms. They cleaned the upholstery too. Also, I work in our local library and they hired them to clean the carpets and they did a wonderful job.

We have three plumbers on staff with an accumulative of approximetly 25 years experience. Our customers are billed at time of service so there is no waiting for a bill to come in the mail. We decided to do the project ourselves because it was going to be cheaper and a month or so later we get a bill saying that we owe x amount of dollars for services. I didn’t ask for them to perform a service on our house I asked for an estimate. Talking on the phone trying to get an explanation, they say that they only give free estimates to projects such as remodels or new constructions. Why wasn’t I notified of this when I called for them to come out for a free estimate on the project I needed done? Very misleading and disappointed that I even called and asked for them to come look at our house."
