They installed the laminate incorrectly which voided our warranty with the manufacturer. They had to come back after one year and then two years to re-stretch the carpet. Our carpet now looks like it's 10 years old and is buckled in multiple places in every room. They refuse to warranty their work. They ignored my inquiries for weeks at a time. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, and we are out thousands of dollars for wanting to shop local. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
