He was a bit late for our appointment but did a great job making the carpets look and feel new again. He also came back for a free spot cleaning when an old stain from the pad re-emerged a couple days later. He was also very helpful in talking to us about what type of carpets we had, how long they would last, and gave us recommendations for the future. Would use him again in a heartbeat!"
