- CLASSIC COVERINGS AND DESIGNWe had three different companies give us bids for our many windows, some of which are standard sizes but 8 of which are large custom size windows that face south, east and west and were crucial in providing privacy and keeping the house cool during hot summers. One company had cheaper prices but they also had a cheaper product and I didn't really feel comfortable with the salesman and the fact that they don't have a showroom. We ended up working with Carrie Steele of Classic Coverings because of her professionalism, quality of product, warranty of the Hunter Douglas product and the friendly owners and staff at the showroom. The product was delivered and installed on time and fit the windows precisely. Carrie and the rest of the staff were very communicative and when I needed something adjusted they just came and took care of it with no fuss. I love their service, quality of product, options of product and professionalism. They are also a Hunter Douglas Gallery which means they are a special level of Hunter Douglas dealer. I recommend them to anyone looking to have window solutions for any building, home, horse barn of any size. They are wonderful
- CUSTOM TINTBob was very professional. He was quick and thorough. I can't even tell that there was a film applied. I felt it was a little pricey at first but the product was of the best quality. The only thing was that Bob got impatient when I asked him a couple of questions about the process. But it's the end job that counts

"I placed an order for 3 tops down bottoms up cordless pleated blackout shades, to replace similar light filtering shades from another company. The shades were reasonably priced, arrived on time and fit correctly. However I'm unimpressed with their overall quality. Three things bother me about the blinds:
1) they are extremely noisy when being raised or lowered
2) they need to be adjusted for level every time they are raised or lowered
3) inside the upper housing, there is a string that appears to move as the blinds are raised or lowered. Since the string rubs against parts in the housing, it is likely it will eventually break.
I don't think I'd buy these again.
