"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"This is my 3rd time using them to clean my furniture and carpet. Travis was our tech and he is so polite and attentive to his work. He is always on time and listens to my needs. "This company is very willing to follow instructions and work hard. They have other services that I have not used as yet, such as carpet cleaning and laundry services. They bring their own cleaning supplies, but use my vacuum. After they are finished , they do a walk through with me to check to see if I am satisfied with their work. I feel I get a good value for the money paid.
