"I will start by saying they did the piers and it is good. I will add, the day they did our 8 piers, as they were finishing up it started down pouring rain. 2 days later i went out to look at the back pier locations and each hole was sunk in about 5 inches. I texted my contact "Chase" and he stated they would be back out to fix that. I then checked the sprinkler system as when they were doing the back piers they had cut the zone control line in half. Only 2 of my zones out of 7 work. So i texted Chase right after the first text about the holes and asked that when they come back out to relocate the line so as i can repair it. That was on Nov 12, 2022, 2 days after the pier job. Today is April 13, 2023 and i have yet to hear back from anyone and no one has come to my house."

"Very quick response. The business owner came over the same day as my call to assess the nature of the job, and scheduled the work for the next morning. He arrived on time with a couple of assistants and they did the work in about an hour without any problems."

"Powerlift came highly recommended from a colleague. However, our experience was much less than desirable. Steve came out and gave us a quote --he was very personable and polite. When the crews arrived and began their work, apparently there was some "extra" work that needed to be completed before they could continue. This extra work almost doubled the already extremely high price --from around $18K to $32K. We were told that the cracks in the bricks might not appear differently and that we would need to have them repaired but with the piers we should have no further issues. BTW -- the landscaping was a mess! Bushes were left unplanted and concrete piles were randomly distributed around our property --super messy! We did hire a mason to repair all of the cracks outside and a contractor made repairs in our sheetrock. Today, you cannot even tell that we spent 32K to get things fixed. We have cracks in our brick exterior and cracks in our sheetrock. Steve did come back (twice) and each time makes some excuse of what is happening but of course, it is not due to the work that they did. :( I am totally disappointed every single time I walk out of my front door. I would not recommend."

"I strongly caution anyone considering this foundation repair company. From the beginning, they gave us false hope, assuring us that our foundation issues would be properly resolved. Unfortunately, that was far from the truth. Not only did they fail to correct the actual problem, but the piers they installed were done incorrectly and not even placed in the proper locations. It’s clear now that the work was rushed and not thoroughly planned or executed with the care it deserved. We’re now left with unresolved issues and the added burden of hiring another company to fix their mistakes. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or professional foundation repair.
