"This spring in Dallas was **** for rain and wind, and I was starting to lose some ties on my roof. I called Jess, because his business has been a long-term supporter of the Dallas Harlequins, and he got me set up with my insurance, and the process was on with this request: "As soon as the weather allows, gitter done" (because for weeks, you couldn't). And that he did. He started work on Friday, June 7, got nearly all of it done in one day, but was cut off by my neighbor at 7PM, because "it's 7PM" and she was adamant. I'm tremendously grateful that Jess came and finished the job Saturday morning, because we all know what the storm-pocalypse was like on Sunday, June 9. I suspect there are still neighborhoods that are recovering. I can't imagine the damage that might have been done to an unfinished roof. So thanks, Jess for getting after this and following through to gitter done! "Fantastic. Booked only a week out from the call. Large professional crew arrived and did the entire roof in 7 hours. Clean up was complete. I didn't find so much as a nail. Payment was only requested after the job was done and I told them I was happy with the result. There were no hidden charges or BS. I wrote the check out for the exact amount on the estimate. Jerry's estimate came in from 1000 to 7000 dollars less than the other 5 estimates I got from Angie's list vendors. He's friendly, local, and great. No deficits to report."

The very professional crew showed up on the appointed day and began tearing off all the damaged materials and hauling them away. They then began replacing the decking, before replacing the shingles with a new high-impact roof. Finally all the gutters were replaced and the job was done. The cleanup was quick and thorough. I never had to do anything during the process. Mr. Whipple came once or twice each day to make sure everything was being done right and to answer any questions I might have. I've required a new roof before because of hail damage, and it was not done nearly as thoroughly and professionally or with as little inconvenience to me as this job."
