The communication was great, as he came by to give us an estimate and we decided to schedule the work. He called the night before to confirm and arrived on time the next morning and got right to work. Even though it was a challenge, as our house has settled considerably, he handled it skillfully, made sure everything was good, cleaned up well and got the job completed, as promised. Would not hesitate to call him again, in the future, for more projects. A very positive experience. A++"
