I used to treat my home for ants myself but they're hard to get rid of. I was not having much success. I finally turned to the professionals at Sure Shot. They've been treating my home for 3 years now. They show up on time and are always courteous. Most of the time the ants are gone after the first treatment. Occasionally the ants return in a few weeks. Once I let them know, they come back and re-treat at no charge. They stand behind their work. I definitely would recommend Sure Shot.

Sent message to Sure Shot through Angie's List 4-11-16 stating insect problem and requesting more info. As of 5-19-16, they have not contacted me back through Angie's List or by phone. My only conclusion is that they're not very attentive to all customer requests.

"Once again it has came to our attention! Angies list has unfortunately a major flaw in its system. When a person can give a grade on a business that never received any corespondence on service & business never performed any service, then that said person should not & does not have the right to grade a said business!"

There were some initial miscommunication/misunderstanding issues with the service I expected. After the first treatment and calling about still having issues, I was eventually contacted by the manager Darrin. We talked through the problems we had with the service and after the treatment. He seems to care very much about his company and was willing to have his guys come back out and retreat the house and the areas we were still having problems. I appreciate him calling and expect we will have no problems in the future.

We have been using Sure Shot for the last 2 years. No problems at all, very professional. We have the same technician each time and enjoy his company. Very friendly and prompt. If he will be delayed, he gives us a call. Very accommodating with our schedule.

We tried Sure Shot this summer as we had just moved into a house that had sat empty on a wooded lot and had a lot of spiders. Sure Shot has treated the interior of our house three times now, the initial spray, a "booster" they say is often needed after the initial, and now quarterly. Now that we are on a quarterly cycle, they come out if we are finding we have a problem in between sprays (at no additional cost), which they did one time. They are thorough, prompt, and professional. We are pleased with them as a company and glad to be rid of the spiders!

They have been wonderful! They have a 3 month guarantee on their yard ant treatment, which is one of the main reasons we went with them. We have had to call them back 2 times and they have come back within 1 day of calling without having to pay again.

Loved the tech Stacey. He was very friendly and funny. They were able to use a product that was safe for the puppies and other pets in our home. We haven't seen any spiders since!
