Todd Golightly installed a new garbage disposal and a new hot-water heater for me, and he also cleaned out the sewer line from my house to the City line, I do not t think he could have done a more perfect job! He truly takes prides in his work, and he is not satisfied with any job until it is in line with his standard of excellence. (He even corrects substandard work from previous contractors so the work meets his high expectations.) Finally, Todd is a great guy and is dependable, respectful, trustworthy, and easy to work with. Danny and his helper showed up about 30 minutes late, but they had called and said they were running behind, so that was no problem. (I appreciated the call.)

They both gave a warm, professional greeting, looked me in the eye, shook my hand, and introduced themselves.  They immediately got to work pulling the stove out and locating the leak.  They were able to repair it very quickly and were nice enough to level the stove for me before they left (so now my oil/eggs/whatever won't keep running to the back of the pan!).

They wiped up everything and probably left the floor cleaner than it was!

Both guys were friendly, dressed appropriately, clean, and neat.  Very polite.  Very courteous. Good guys. Great experience.
