I told him that I would look into getting the windows repaired/replaced in the very near future. He asked me if I wanted him to tag the windows with painters tape. I told him sure and that the gesture was very thoughtful. The following month on a Sunday I did some research on HomeAdvisor’s website and decided to send an email inquiry to the contact person at Statewide Remodeling, Inc. Within hours of sending the email I received an email reply from someone at the Customer Relations Department with a contact phone number to call. Mr. Dial, the Design Consultant, was prompt, courteous, and very knowable about the product, specifications, installation and financing if needed. I was given a list of contacts at Statewide Remodeling, Inc. for any project questions and concerns. Within 48 hours of Mr. Dial leaving my home I received a Thank You Card from him which was a nice touch and unexpected. I was impressed with the quality of the windows and the installation process. The installers were courteous, professional, and efficient. The workmanship is beautiful and will last a lifetime. The entire team was great to work with. I really appreciated the ease of communication from start to finish. I highly recommend them and I plan on using them again in the future with further window restorations."
