"We have had our water softener serviced only once since we purchased it but the service tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. He took care of the issue and only charged us for the products purchased because our system was only 2 months old. Excellent service!"

"Our water tasted so bad, it was undrinkable and you could taste it through cooking or boiling. After getting the pelican system installed, our water isn't just palatable, it's actually *good*. My family wants to drink water instead of soda or koolaid, and that is worth every penny."

"Our water pump stopped and we had no water. Mark was great. He called me back right away, fit us into his schedule and we had water again that day. He was professional and upfront with costs. I would definitely recommend Get R Done."

"Very professional the experience was awesome I totally enjoy my new water system"

"Still waiting for parts after 7 days. TOMORROW IS A WEEK.. We have no water heater. My wife recently had surgery and needs higene.can we replace the water heater???? PLEASE"

"The General Ionics water treatment system and reverse osmosis has been fantastic. We have purchased three systems and both of our daughters own one. It made a remarkable difference in the taste of our water, the hard water deposits, and the terrible skin irritation we had with the municipality water quality."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
