  Went great. Called these guys after having a nightmare with 4 masons. Was referred to these guys by Meridian Brick in Broken Arrow. Called them for a quote. Came out. Shot me a price. Started next day. They have a lot of good reviews on Angieslist. This company is very good at what they do. They bricked up my house and some planters. Very experienced masons and very good masons. Lots of product knowledge reasonably priced. Glad I found them. I had 4 companies come out prior to this. One company quoted cheap, but wouldn't answer phone after I purchased all the materials, other company still hasn't given me a quote. After calling him back three months later!, he says he cant get to me till 2020, the 3rd company was astronomically priced and 33% higher than Constructo’s quote, the 4th company came out 3 years ago and did a horrible job. I had to kick them off my project. They poured 2” thick footings, didn't set lines so their courses were not level and when I called them out, the guy threatened to burn my house down if I didn't pay him. That outfit was the highest rated mason in Okmulgee area on Yellowpages. Constructo came out and quoted the job and was started the next day. Definitely a proactive group of people focused on quality and Getting the job done. Unbelievable how much time and money I wasted prior to finding this company. Now I am making progress on my home againshow more

  It went very well and very fast. He started by going and getting the part. Anx then he proceeded to take the old part off. Tjen he un hooked the hoseand the timer. He put the new vaccum breaker on then tightened the nut. He proceed to put the timer and the hose fittings on. Then turned the water on to make sure it wouldnt leak.   We were thoroughly pleased from when the rep (can't remember his name) came to our home to give the bid, all the way to completion. Two brothers came to do our job (Yuriy & Sergey, from Russia), and we were amazed at their professionalism and their skill in doing the job we asked. They were very good & if you choose this company to do your home, I hope these two come to do it for you! They were very kind and we enjoyed them doing the work for us.   I looked them up on Angie's List. In the future, they are going to be doing my brick patio. I have never really worked with a company that is so courteous. The main problem with contractors is that they do not believe in phone calls, but they kept me in the loop at every step and they contacted with me by phone, almost if not everyday then every other day or something like that, especially when we were trying to schedule. They had great communication. I liked their integrity. They did what they said they were going to do. They were some of the nicest people to work with. Their workmanship was superb. I cannot wait to get them back. They were not the cheapest, but when you are dealing with workmanship you get what you pay forshow more

  I started communicating with Mr. and Mrs. Plunk in January via telephone and email. I sent pictures of the shed and illustrated how I wanted the bricks to look. Eddie gave me an estimate by email and helped me locate the bricks I would need for the shed. It was April before the bricks were delivered (this was not the fault of E.L. Plunk). When the crew dug the footing they moved the dirt from the footing trench to the opposite side of the yard to fill a low spot (it was very nice of them to go to so much trouble). When I didn't like the way the corners looked, they redid them for me without a moment's hesitation. I really like the way the shed looks and would recommend them.   Because of several days of rain it took longer to seal the stone, the sealer needs 48 hours to dry. But it is repaired and he went the extra mile and sealed around the window.

  This is an outstanding company. I live in Oklahoma near the Arkansas border, and I called Top Hat for an estimate and an inspection. Their state-of-the-art camera system availed me of actual pictures of the interior of the chimney, and I was astounded that I hadn't experienced a fire due to extensive chimney damage from a previous creosote fire before I moved here! Rather than rebuild the entire interior of the fireplace, they used a new system of applying a ceramic material with a high specific heat absorption index, filled all of the cracked mortar areas, added a new cap and new double-walled pipes along with a new wood-burning insert which is so environmentally friendly that it qualified for a tax credit for being non-environmentally detrimental, all at an extremely reasonable price. Rather than make just a couple of quick trips to finish the job while driving many miles from Arkansas to Oklahoma, they opted to come back when the new ceramic lining had completely cured and was ready for pipe installation, and they have returned again to check on the performance of the system. I am overwhelmed at the level of both their customer care and also their competence in the area of combustion chemistry.
