This company is a family owned and operated construction crew. We only subcontract out heating and air, plumbing and electrical work. After a bid is accepted and a price set we require a down payment to start and terms are negotiated during the contract phase of the project for payments, or final payout.

Strafford Window Mfg. manufacturers custom wood windows for barns, sheds, stables, pool houses, cabin, porches and interior applications in the home. Our Services Include: (1) Trash Containers: Before frame carpenters start I will place metal trash cans in a designated area. (2) Shingles: Remove wood and shingle debris and clean out dust from house. (3) Trades rough-in: Remove trades debris and clean out dust and wall cavities for insulators. (4) Drywall debris: Remove drywall debris but leave dust so texture won’t stick to floor. (5) Texture Debris: Remove drywall texture debris and fine dust before trim carpenter starts. (6) Brick & Stone: Remove all misc. trash and brick debris (7) Interior Trim: Remove trim debris and clean out dust for painters. (8) Remove Lot Debris: Remove lot debris before final grader starts “Pulling forms is an extra bid" (9) Painters Paper: Remove painters paper from garage. (10) Trades Trash: Clean out garage of boxes/misc, spot scrape floor and sweep good for carpet installers. (11) Carpet Remnants: Remove carpet remnants and trades final debris. Note* after stage (5) If floor scraping is required I need to know before they texture otherwise it’s an extra labor charge.
