They explain exactly what they are doing and what it will take to get the project done including the costs involved with both materials and labor. In my experience, the bill has never been higher than originally quoted. The work has been outstanding! It is the no nonsense approach and quality work that impresses me the most. I will be hiring them for future projects and am more than happy to recommend Sanko Construction to others.

Sanko Const replaced the sheeting, siding and trim on our 6000sf church building as well as deck and fence on a separate building. Material and workmanship was was first rate. Work was completed on time and there were very few punch list items which were quickly addressed. Two years previously he replaced our roof. this also was a well done job. Overall, a 5 star rating.
