"It went pretty good. I had all the materials for them to use. The kick plate was too tall. Will need to find the right size. The front door has a crack in it, which I thought would fill in with the wood filler. It was in a bad spot, so when the stain was applied, it did not fill in. I will clear coat it, add the kick plate & insulation. I will have John will come out again - will look at his coupons & get a list together. Definitely need the porch light replaced soon. We also discussed a possible electrical issue with the porch light - seems the builder /electrician (1988) may have connected the front light switch with the hall bathroom & bedroom lights. I was glad that John was able to schedule me, it was 2 months! John & Wayne were very nice & I will call again soon! "

"It worked out pretty good. The only problem I had with it was getting there. Once he got there, everything was fine. He didn't come the first time. He couldn't make it. It was just a few things that I noticed before I sold my house. I didn't have time to do it myself. It was not a difficult job. The price was what I agreed. They did a good job. The quality was good. If I was there, I would use them again."

"They made it very easy by working directly with my insurance company and provided quotes ahead of time to keep things moving. They were able to answer all of my questions. They had some excellent recommendations for unique solutions for the unique type of home that it is. They were all very easy to communicate with.
