He has fixed leaky roof (and repaired the damage that resulted to the interior ceiling from the leak). He has fixed fraying carpet and painted trim on the house as well as variety of other repairs."

"It went pretty good.  I had all the materials for them to use.  The kick plate was too tall.  Will need to find the right size.  The front door has a crack in it, which I thought would fill in with the wood filler.  It was in a bad spot, so when the stain was applied, it did not fill in. I will clear coat it, add the kick plate & insulation.   I will have John will come out again - will look at his coupons & get a list together.  Definitely need the porch light replaced soon.  We also discussed a possible electrical issue with the porch light - seems the builder /electrician (1988) may have connected the front light switch with the hall bathroom & bedroom lights.  I was glad that John was able to schedule me, it was 2 months!   John & Wayne were very nice & I will call again soon! "
