"Started calling in early March but could not get a response.  Left multiple voicemails (because a person never answered the phone, only voicemail). They left voicemail for me on two separate occasions to which I responded several times, but no response. Finally got a call back in early May and scheduled for my paid-for 8 hours of painting.  I was told the painter would be there early on a Friday, first thing in the morning...he showed up at 11:00am.  I had not been informed that we would have to supply the painter's tape and caulk so had to go to the store for these supplies.  It took him 3 hours to prep the room, covering furniture, caulking and taping the woodwork.  Five hours later, only the ceiling was done (but it is a LARGE) room.  Had to schedule a second trip to paint the walls (a week later).  Paint job was very good, price was average.

Follow-up.  They came back to paint the walls one week later.  This time, after he left, I started finding splotches of paint on my carpet in random spots.  Over time, I have found many, many paint drops which are very hard to remove.  Maybe it was just the different painter they sent the second time, but I found his paint job unsatisfactory!"
