It went really well. Jacob was excellent. He had great customer service. He got in touch with me to let me know he was on his way. He asked me if there were any areas I had concerns with. He asked me about the type of chemical I wanted to be used in my house, instead of just coming and spraying stuff. He was very punctual.

We have used this company for the past couple years for termite control. Darrel is very professional and goes out of his way to address the issue thoroughly. We also got several estimates and Band E was the best price. Darrel takes care of us and addresses our concerns and always does wonderful work! Their termite annual treatment program is also the best price we found. We recommend considering Band E when making your choice for best price and best service.
