Had to fight to get them to wear fall protection on a steep and high roof. More than once I was told "We have good insurance" whether it involved worker safety or protection against rain damage. Called back to fix a leak, it took 4 phone calls and a visit to their office to get a response. When the repair was made all we received was a handwritten note that it was fixed - no details. "

He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then.
